What happens after you get in touch
Samantha replies quickly. On the call she'll ask what you do, which platforms you're on, how long the pages have been quiet and what you'd like help with. She'll agree what your page needs and email you the package with the price.
You don't have to decide on the call. If it's a fit, she'll explain how the WhatsApp group works and what she'd need from you. If it isn't, she'll tell you straight.
What it helps to have in mind
You don't need a plan, a budget or a content calendar. It helps to know the name of your business, which platforms you're on, and a rough idea of what's happening in your business over the next month.
If you're not sure, say so. That's what the call is for.
Good to know before you ring
There's no contract. You give two weeks' notice if you want to stop. Management starts from $100 a week plus GST per platform, and Facebook and Instagram together start at $200 a week plus GST. The Packages page shows our two packages: Done with You and Done for You. Event coverage is $1,500 per day, photographer included. No travel charge within about 1.5 hours' drive of us. Further out, travel (and accommodation if it's overnight) is discussed and agreed with Samantha before you book. We report every 4 to 6 weeks on growth, reach and engagement. We don't run Facebook ads, build websites or set up online shops. We do organic Facebook and Instagram.
