Each package covers organic Facebook and Instagram, with no ads. They're starting points. Samantha agrees the details with you on a call, then emails you exactly what you discussed, with the price. The work itself is our organic social media management, and the services page shows everything we do.

Easy, not zero effort. You send us photos and news.
Done with You includes:
- Creating and optimising your pages.
- Typically 3 to 5 posts a week, plus Stories.
- Stories that can link to your website.
- A Call Now button on your Facebook page.
- Work on your organic reach and how your pages look.
- A WhatsApp message from Samantha every Tuesday on what to send, in one WhatsApp group with the people who send things and approve.
- Posts that come to you for approval before they go out, unless you've agreed otherwise with Samantha.
- An update every 4 to 6 weeks on your growth, reach and engagement.

Done for You
More hands-off for you, though not hands-free. We still need your photos and news. We agree what you get on your first call to suit your business, then email it to you with the price.
Everything in Done with You, plus:
- Planning your posts and Stories around what's happening in your business.
- Chasing you for what we need, so nothing depends on you remembering.
- Posters and promotional graphics, most made with AI-assisted tools. If you'd rather not use AI, supply your own designer or ask for a separate quote.
- Replying to comments on your pages, within what we agree.
- Event social media coverage on the day if you need it, priced separately at $1,500 per day, photographer included. No travel charge within about 1.5 hours' drive of us. Further out, travel (and accommodation if it's overnight) is discussed and agreed with Samantha before you book.

Most people aren't, and that's normal. Tell Samantha what you do, which platforms you're on and how long the pages have been quiet. She'll recommend a package and agree the details with you. You'll have the price in your inbox after the call, and you can read it in your own time.
How much does a social media manager cost?
Our management starts from $100 a week plus GST per platform, with no contract and no ad spend. Facebook is one platform and Instagram is another, so running both starts at $200 a week plus GST. The two packages are above, and Samantha emails you the exact price after your call.
We'd rather you see the starting price before you pick up the phone.
What every package includes
You send fresh photos and news, ideally once or twice a week, though every couple of weeks is fine, and you answer when we need your input. You get back pages that keep moving while you run the business, with the details agreed on your call and emailed to you.
The aim is steady growth
Social media only matters if it ends in results. So posts are only part of it. Typically that's 3 to 5 a week, plus Stories, and we do what your page needs to keep growing steadily.
Organic reach is a slow race, though. It builds over weeks and months, and your updates show whether it's heading the right way. We won't promise overnight results, because nobody honest can.
Event coverage
Event coverage is $1,500 per day, photographer included. No travel charge within about 1.5 hours' drive of us. Further out, travel (and accommodation if it's overnight) is discussed and agreed with Samantha before you book. The photographer shoots for social media, guided by Samantha.

What isn't included
Facebook ads, websites and online shops. We don't do them, and we'd rather say so up front.
No contract, and why that matters
There's no contract. If it isn't working for you, give us two weeks' notice and you're out.
That's deliberate. You shouldn't have to stay with a package that isn't doing its job just because you signed up for a year. Your updates show whether the page is heading the right way, and you decide whether to carry on.
We work with clients long term, and nothing ties them in.
What a quiet page costs
A page that doesn't move doesn't send you a bill. That's why it's easy to ignore. It costs you the person who looked you up, saw nothing new and rang someone else. It costs you the Sunday-night guilt and the hour you never find.
Management keeps the page moving whether you're busy or not.
