The day you can't be on your phone

The one day you can't stop to post is the day it matters.

You've spent months on the event. The stalls are booked, the stage is set, the gates open at eight. And you're the one person who can't stop to take a photo and write a post.

So the day goes by. The crowd arrives, the energy is there, and your page stays silent. By Monday the photos are on someone's phone, the moment has passed, and the post you'd planned to write feels stale.

An event page that goes quiet on the day of the event sends the wrong message. People who weren't there can't see it happened. People who were there have nothing to share. And next year's crowd has nothing to look at when they check whether it's worth coming.

What we do on the day

Samantha is there and posting. You get on with running it.

We're there. That's the difference. Samantha is on the ground at your event, updating your Facebook and Instagram as it happens. You run the day. We tell the story.

She posts from the event itself, so your page stays live while the crowd is still there. A photographer who shoots for social media is included, guided by Samantha, so the photos are taken to be posted. The photographer captures the atmosphere, the people and the moments that tell your event's story. People who couldn't make it can see what they missed, and people who came can find themselves, share the posts and tag their friends.

We can also make posters and promotional graphics. Most are made with AI-assisted tools. If you'd rather have graphics made without AI, you can supply your own designer, or we can arrange a separate quote through our graphic designer.

We've covered about 5 events so far and Samantha travels for them.

People who couldn't make it see what they missed. People who came find themselves.

Before and after the day

Photos sorted into folders, ready for your next campaign.

Coverage on the day works best when we've agreed what you want. Before the day, we'll talk through the schedule, the highlights and anything you want sure to be posted. After the day, the posts stay on your page as a record, and next year's crowd can find them. It works as event promotion for the next one.

We also sort your photos and promotional materials into folders, so you have a content collection ready for your next campaign. Your part matters too. We work with you on event information, updates and approvals. Posts and event updates come to you for approval before they go out, unless we've agreed otherwise with Samantha.

Who event coverage suits

Big days where the page matters and everyone is flat out.

It suits markets, show societies, community events, venues running a big night and anyone running a day where the page matters and everyone is flat out.

If you run a market every week, you might want us for the big days and our ongoing management for the weeks in between. Our organic social media management keeps the page alive between events, and event coverage makes the big days count. See social media for markets and shows, or musicians and venues if it's a big night. All our work is listed on the services page.

What it costs

Photographer included, and the full price on the call.

Event coverage is $1,500 per day, photographer included. The photographer shoots for social media, guided by Samantha. No travel charge within about 1.5 hours' drive of us. Further out, travel (and accommodation if it's overnight) is discussed and agreed with Samantha before you book.

A two-day show is priced as two days. No contract and no weekly plan needed. You'll have the full price on the call, before you decide anything.

Event coverage plus ongoing management

Cover the big days, then keep the page warm between them.

Event coverage is separate from our weekly management. You can book it on its own, or pair it with weekly Facebook and Instagram management, which starts at $100 a week plus GST per platform. Both platforms together start at $200 a week plus GST. That keeps your page going between events, and you can choose Done with You or Done for You. There's no contract and you leave with two weeks' notice. See the Packages page.

Between events, we send you a report every 4 to 6 weeks covering growth, reach and engagement.

What we don't do

We tell your event's story. We don't run the event.

We don't run ads and we don't build websites. We cover your event on Facebook and Instagram, organically. We also don't run the event itself, so we're not a replacement for your event manager. We tell the story while you run the day.

Is your date still free?

Book your event

Tell us the date, the place and what the event is. Samantha will check she's free, talk through what you'd like covered and give you the full price. If the date's already taken, you'll hear that straight away. You can also contact us by WhatsApp.

P.S. A silent event day is the one you can't get back. If your date is set, ring 0424 461 557 and ask whether Samantha is free.
